1.5px;">原告莫某和被告孙某、陈某、盆某、盆某甲、盆某乙均系三江乡在校学生。原告与五位被告因在洗冷水澡时发生口角，继而相互撕扯，后来五被告一起殴打原告，将原告打伤住院。事发后，三江乡乡政府、司法所、派出所、学校均对此事进行了调处，双方争执不下，纠纷未调处成功。2023年5月25日，原告将五被告及法定代理人诉至法院，诉求被告误工费、交通费、护理费、伙食补助费、营养费、住宿费、精神抚慰金等费用。</span></p></section><section
